Your Feet - Biomechanics
Your feet are your foundations and carry the weight of your entire body. Studies have shown the force applied on the bottom of a high jumpers foot, on the last step before they jump is up to 7 times their body weight, so for an 80Kg man, and that's 560Kg. That's a lot of weight!
Similarly when the foundations of your house are not secure, your house may show signs of weakness and fatigue in the walls, the ceiling or the roof, when the foundations of your body are not performing correctly, you may experiences pain and discomfort in the knees, the hips, the lower or upper back.
